Equipment Survey app for iPhone and iPad

The RD Service app is an internal application for Red Diamond, Inc. The app allows Red Diamond employees to perform Equipment (or service object) surveys on issued assets placed a Red Diamond customers. Users will log in using credentials, and are authenticated against Red Diamonds membership service. Once logged in, users may perform equipment surveys by customer account code (option# 1), by customer name (option# 2), find the current status of a service object (option# 3), or retrieve a list of objects issued to a customer by account code (option# 4).

The RD Service app allows users to capture asset tags of equipment by scanning the asset tag barcode placed on the equipment. Users may also enter barcode values manually with verification as an alternative.

The RD Service app maintains a portrait landscape to allow for a fixed screen for situations where users have to twist their iPhone in awkward positions while attempting to capture an asset tag scan on equipment placed in tight quarters.
